TEE
Sunday 23/8
18:30 - 19:45

Some names never truly disappear from a scene — they only disappear temporarily from view.
Tee, the project centered around Marc Thijs, undoubtedly belongs in that category within Belgian blues history.
His musical journey began as a multi-instrumentalist on harmonica, drums, and guitar. During that period, he played with The Slime Hunters, The Healers, and as a guitarist with The Electric Kings, with whom he built a solid reputation within the Belgian blues scene.
In the early 2000s, he released his first two albums, with which he clearly made his mark on the scene.
In 2012, he temporarily chose a completely different direction and disappeared from the podium to focus on motorcycle racing.
2026 marks his return. His first albums were remastered and re-released, giving his earlier work a place once again with a new generation of listeners.
At the same time, he is working with a new top band on new material for an entirely new album, with which he continues his story with more experience and depth.
Live, Tee remains true to his essence: pure, honest blues without frills, driven by craftsmanship and emotion.
Marc Thijs is often described as the greatest blues talent Belgium has ever produced — a statement that only underscores his status.
Whoever sees him live in 2026 will not see a look back, but a renewed start at an important moment in his career.
